Indicative rates and transit times may change because of carrier tariffs, fuel or currency movements, port congestion, customs controls, surcharges, duties, taxes, inspections, storage, demurrage, detention, force majeure or information supplied after quotation. The validity period and exclusions stated in a written quotation prevail.

4. Your information and responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete shipment details, including cargo description, quantity, weight, dimensions, value, origin, destination, readiness date and any hazardous, restricted, perishable or regulated nature. You must have authority to submit personal and commercial information and must promptly disclose changes. We may decline an enquiry or suspend work where information is incomplete, misleading or raises legal, safety or compliance concerns.
